Roger St Hilaire is an ICT Strategy and Governance Specialist. He has been an active member of the Information Security Audit & Compliance Association since 2008. He is a Certified in the Governance of Enterprise Information Technology and has been an active part of the world team that comments on COBIT 5 development. He is also a member of the Business Model for Information Security research group and a volunteer on the (CGEIT) exam development team. Roger is also a board member for various IT related start-ups and runs his own business optimization start-up in Fishers Indiana, USA.

He has over 20 years of experience, Roger’s years of engagement have taught him key principles core to every organization. “Strategy finds its legs in Operations”. This basic principle has informed his engagements and understanding in the impact of each area of the organization, on the creation of value for its customer.

Systems designed by Roger have improved organizational output. His time within the UN system has allowed him to work with governments across the Caribbean region developing and delivering training programmes and solutions covering the use of ICT in a government organization, communication and information transfer, information exchange for sustainability, and web content development among others.

His continued work in consultancy and training has allowed him work with organizations in the US, the African content and beyond, facilitating programmes and solutions covering the use and application of key IT frameworks such as COBIT 5 & TOGAF 9.1, along with tools for Business Process Improvement etc. Roger brings his expertise, love for life and people, to helping your organization grow and optimize through our services.
