Over 15 years of experience in Corporate Communications has shaped Terri-Ann Boatswain (nee Thompson) into an impacting and versatile communicator. She is acutely observant, eloquent and has a special interest in business solutions using organisational learning.

Since 2014, Terri-Ann has provided full-range, strategic communication consultancy services to clients across several sectors. She is versed in strategy development and has developed integrated Communications strategies to support Change Management, Employee Engagement and Strategic Planning processes for clients in the public, private and non-profit/non-governmental sectors.

Terri-Ann joined the Development Consulting Center Limited in 2015. As a consultant, she supports strategy development, training and team building exercises at public and private sector organisations, including multinationals. Her role in projects often includes developing communications strategy to support organisational change. As she works with numerous leadership and communications project teams crafting strategy, Terri-Ann adds value in her ability to help stakeholders focus on considerations for organizational sustainability.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Communication and Literatures in English and a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organization with a Sustainability specialty from Malmö University, Sweden. Additionally, Terri-Ann has professional certification as a Special Events Coordinator from the George Washington University as well as specialized seminary leadership and ministry training. Along with being a natural networker and proficient communicator, this unique training combination means that Terri-Ann always brings a distinctive perspective to the table.
